Ballymaloe: The Real Taste of Ireland

What began in a small country house in County Cork in the 1960s has developed into one of Ireland's most authentic delicatessen brands. Ballymaloe was founded by Myrtle Allen, a pioneer of Irish cuisine and advocate of local ingredients. Her legendary restaurant, Ballymaloe House, was not just a place to eat, but a center for enjoyment, community and culture.

From relish to chutney: the taste of the Emerald Isle
Probably the best-known product today is the Ballymaloe Original Relish - a fruity, spicy tomato spread that is a must on any sandwich, burger or finger food in Ireland. And rightly so: with sun-ripened tomatoes, mild vinegar, fine onions and exquisite spices, the relish is not just a spread - it captures the taste of the Emerald Isle.

But Ballymaloe is more than just a relish: the product range extends from spicy chutneys and steak sauces to salad dressings and new, modern varieties - all produced with the same standards: high-quality ingredients, honest recipes and a touch of Ireland in every jar.

Anyone who loves Irish cuisine cannot avoid Ballymaloe. Every product contains the passion of a family that not only cooks, but also tells stories. With natural ingredients, traditional craftsmanship and a deep respect for nature and origins.

Ballymaloe is for all those who not only want to see Ireland, but also taste it. For everyone who longs for the Emerald Isle - at breakfast, at dinner or when cooking with friends.
