Information on the conclusion of the contract in the online store of DerIrlandShop.de:
1. the customer must have reached the age of 18 to place an order. For customers under the age of 18, the consent of the legal representative is required.

2. the presentation of the products in the online store www.irische-kleidung.de does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods from the catalog. The customer can select products from this catalog and place and collect them in a so-called shopping cart using the “Add to cart” button. In the shopping cart, the customer can select the delivery quantity of the desired goods and add or remove goods. They then complete their selection by clicking the “Checkout” button. Alternatively, it is possible to correct the entries and update them using the “Update” button and to return to the store using the “Continue shopping” button. By activating the “Remove” field and clicking the “Update” button, the affected item is removed from the shopping cart.

3. After entering their data and clicking on the “Continue” button, the customer is taken to the “Shipping information” field, in which their billing and delivery address and the cheapest shipping method are displayed at a glance. Corrections can be made using the “Change address” button. The “Continue” button takes the customer to the selection of the payment method. By continuing the order process by clicking the “Continue” button again, the customer is taken to the order summary. By confirming the order via the “Buy now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

4. the contract is concluded when irische-kleidung.de accepts the customer's offer within 3 days by sending an order confirmation by e-mail, has executed the order or begins with the execution of the order. The automatically sent confirmation of receipt of your order does not constitute a declaration of acceptance. Registration in the online store does not constitute a claim to acceptance of the contract by irische-kleidung.de.

6. The contract language is German.

Information on the possible means of payment:
Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer, by credit card (MasterCard or VISA Card), cash on delivery or via PayPal. If payment is made by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery, additional fees will be charged to the customer by irische-kleidung.de. The customer has the possibility to inform himself about this and the additional costs incurred at any time via the link “Payment options”. Payment in advance is possible without additional costs.

Warranty rights:
The customer's claims for defects in used goods shall become time-barred one year after the item sold has been handed over to the customer. In all other respects, the statutory provisions on warranty rights in sales law apply (cf. §§ 434 ff. BGB).

Right of withdrawal for consumers:
In the cases provided for by law, customers who are consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have a right of withdrawal.
