Delivery and Shipping
We ship with DHL.
Shipping in Germany
The shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are calculated as follows:
under 50,00 € value of goods: 5,95 €
from 50,00 € value of goods: free shipping
Please note that free shipping applies only to the first delivery of an order.
Packages that cannot be delivered and are returned to us cannot be shipped again free of charge.
Trade Clients:
For trade customers with delivery address in Germany, the following shipping costs apply:
up to 30 kg - 11,95 €
up to 50 kg - 21,95 €
up to 70 kg - 31,95 €
up to 90 kg - 41,95 €
Freight and pallet prices are calculated at cost price.
Austria
For shipments to Austria, we charge a flat rate for packaging and shipping:
up to 5 kg - 29,95 €
up to 10 kg - 39,95 €
The authorized representative for packaging and/or single-use plastic products and/or fishing gear in Austria is get-e-right Austria GmbH, with its registered office at Mariahilfer Straße 123, 1060 Vienna, Austria.
Important customer information regarding changes to international shipping within Europe:
Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), which comes into effect on August 12th 2026, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to ship to most EU countries.
This regulation brings increased bureaucratic requirements as well as significant additional costs for registrations and licensing in every single country. As a small online shop, we cannot absorb these costs; shipping to these countries would result in a financial loss for us.
We are very saddened by this development and would love nothing more than to continue supplying all customers in Europe. However, with this new EU regulation, it is no longer economically viable. This is truly very unfortunate for you as a customer and for us as a retailer.
Switzerland
Shipments to Switzerland will be charged with the following rates for packaging, shipping and documents:
up to 1 kg - 21,95 €
up to 2 kg - 23,95 €
up to 3 kg - 25,95 €
up to 4 kg - 27,95 €
up to 5 kg - 29,95 €
up to 10 kg - 39,95 €
For shipments over 10 kg we will gladly inform you about the shipping costs separately.
Customs matters for deliveries to Switzerland are to be handled by the customer.
Prices
Our prices include the legal value added tax.
We try to guarantee the prices for the duration of our catalog. Should a price increase be unavoidable, we will inform you.
Terms of delivery
We guarantee sale while stocks last. Within 14 days you can return unused goods in original packaging with all labels. A justification is not necessary. Paid amounts will be refunded immediately, in the way the order was paid. For cash on delivery and prepayment, please include your bank details.
