We ship with DHL.

Shipping in Germany
The shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are calculated as follows:
under 40,00 € value of goods: 5,95 €
from 40,00 € value of goods: free shipping

Please note that free shipping applies only to the first delivery of an order.
Packages that cannot be delivered and are returned to us cannot be shipped again free of charge.

Trade Clients:
For trade customers with delivery address in Germany, the following shipping costs apply:
up to 30 kg - 11,95 €
up to 50 kg - 21,95 €
up to 70 kg - 31,95 €
up to 90 kg - 41,95 €
Freight and pallet prices are calculated at cost price.

International Shipping
International - EU - Zone 1-2
The following countries are in zones 1 and 2:
Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria,

For shipments to the countries listed above, we charge a flat rate for packaging and shipping:
up to 5 kg - 17,95 €
up to 20 kg - 22,95 €
up to 30 kg - 39,95 €

International - EU - Zone 3
The following countries are in zone 3:
Ireland

For shipments to the countries listed above, we charge a flat rate for packaging and shipping:
up to 5 kg - 19,95 €
up to 20 kg - 29,95 €
up to 30 kg - 49,95 €
For shipments over 30 kg we will gladly inform you about the shipping costs separately.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Shipments to Switzerland and Liechtenstein will be charged with the following rates for packaging, shipping and documents:
up to 1 kg - 21,95 €
up to 2 kg - 23,95 €
up to 3 kg - 25,95 €
up to 4 kg - 27,95 €
up to 5 kg - 29,95 €
up to 10 kg - 39,95 €
For shipments over 10 kg we will gladly inform you about the shipping costs separately.
Customs matters for deliveries to Switzerland are to be handled by the customer.

Prices
Our prices include the legal value added tax.

We try to guarantee the prices for the duration of our catalog. Should a price increase be unavoidable, we will inform you.

Terms of delivery
We guarantee sale while stocks last. Within 14 days you can return unused goods in original packaging with all labels. A justification is not necessary. Paid amounts will be refunded immediately, in the way the order was paid. For cash on delivery and prepayment, please include your bank details.
