As the name suggests, this blended Irish whiskey comes from Temple Bar, probably the most famous pub in Dublin. In former times it was common that the pubs produced and sold their own whiskey. Tom Cleary, the owner of the Temple Bar, revives this old tradition. This great blended whiskey matured in Bourbon and Port wine casks. The port cask gives it more depth and great dark fruit notes. The Irish Blended Whiskey tastes of malt, fruit, vanilla and light sweetness. Its aroma has honey, spices, red berries and plum, the finish has a soft finish with honey, spices and wood.
