The ordered and delivered goods do not suit you?
Please send the goods back to us with sufficient postage. Enclose a note, preferably a copy of the invoice, with the exchange. There you can indicate which article should be exchanged for which size.
The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and with all labels still attached.
The exchange will be processed immediately after receipt of your return.
Do you not like your ordered goods?
In this case just return the goods to us with sufficient postage within 14 days of purchase. You will find all information on this here in our terms and conditions.

Please fill out the cancellation form and enclose it with the return shipment.

You have accidentally received another article than the one you ordered?
Please contact us, by phone or e-mail, and you will receive a return label by e-mail. You can print this out and stick it on the package. In this case, the shipping is of course free of charge for you.
