Barr an Uisce 1803 10 years, single malt whiskey, Vol: 46%. This unique single malt whiskey is produced in County Wicklow in Redcross. Before the whiskey is bottled, it matures for 10 years in Kentucky Bourbon casks. The barrels of Uisce 1803 are not refrigerated to preserve the full aroma of vanilla, white chocolate and caramel. This method of production also provides the unique taste of fresh wood, apples, pears, ginger, citrus notes and vanilla. The aftertaste is long lasting. The whiskey bears the Irish name of Barraniskey, a townland in the heart of County Wicklows on the east coast of Ireland, 1803 is the date of origin, the church of this charming Irish town.
